George Palmer: Let's unpack that first one about project management methodologies. What should students be thinking about?
Priya Sharma: Great question. They need to understand different approaches like Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. But more importantly, they need to learn how to choose the right methodology for each project. For example, a software development project might benefit from Agile, while a network infrastructure upgrade might be better suited to Waterfall.
George Palmer: That makes sense. Now, about requirements gathering - that's often where projects go off track, isn't it?
Priya Sharma: Absolutely. Many IT professionals think the technical work is the hard part. But often, the real challenge is understanding what the client actually needs. So the project scope evolves from a simple tracking system to include predictive analytics.

Priya Sharma: This is where students would need to consider the technical architecture.
