Rina Kobayashi: It's about understanding how all the pieces fit together. For example, when you deploy a new application, you need to consider how it will interact with existing systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols. It's like being an architect for digital environments.
Sophia Lane: And security – that's such a hot topic these days. What's changed in recent years?

But the real value came from implementing monitoring tools to catch similar issues before they affected users.
