Logan Reed: Let's break those down. Starting with front-end - what makes it so important?
Ella Morgan: The front-end is what users see and interact with. It's like the storefront of a business. You could have the most powerful back-end system, but if the user experience is poor, people won't engage. We teach students to build responsive, accessible interfaces that work across all devices.
Logan Reed: And how about the back-end? What happens behind the scenes?
Ella Morgan: That's where the real magic happens, Logan. The back-end handles data processing, user authentication, and business logic. It's like the engine of a car - not visible, but absolutely essential. We work with technologies like Node.js and Python to build robust server-side applications.

Ella Morgan: By the end, they'll be able to build full-stack web applications from scratch. They'll understand how to structure code, manage databases, and implement security best practices. These are exactly the skills employers are looking for in today's job market.
Logan Reed: Speaking of careers, how is this knowledge applied in the real world?
Ella Morgan: Web development skills are incredibly versatile. Our graduates work as front-end developers, back-end engineers, full-stack developers, and solutions architects. Some even start their own tech companies. The demand for these skills continues to grow as more businesses move online.
